Due to the tagging and collection features of Plone, we can place large amounts of content in a single folder, and then create collections elsewhere for the pages that people and systems actually typically use. For sorting purposes, all content in the default content directory is placed in the respective content type subfolder, and then sorted by reverse chronological order with newest at the top, and oldest at the bottom. Public Archives
This section contains the archives publicly available. We would like to make 100% of our archives fully public, but we have to watch out for any privacy or copyright issues, so our process is that when a new content item is submitted, it starts in our private section, and then upon review by volunteer staff we verify if it may be allowed to be public. If allowed, we move it from the private archives (more than 10,000 content items) to the public archives. Remember, we are a 100% unpaid volunteer-run non-profit 501(c)3 charity, so please be patient with challenge this volunteer model presents.
